To confirm the reservation, we must have received your payment for the services or the guarantee deposit.
Payments or guarantee deposits must be made through our online PAY PAL system.
The reservation will be confirmed when one of our operators informs you through an e-mail of the verified status and the corresponding confirmation code.
To facilitate the reservation process for tourist services, we have commercial agreements with various companies that manage their reservation and payment systems such as hotels, tour operators, trains, and buses through QESWA Expedition.
Any booking request for travel programs or tours that is confirmed, all requested services are insured and guaranteed.
The confirmation of the services will proceed after having received your online reservation request or having received a guarantee deposit.
The confirmation of the requested reservation will be informed through an e-mail indicating the reservation code of each requested travel program.
The passenger will be contacted by the Tour Operator at the place indicated in the itinerary of the program or tour, and after identifying himself with his passport or identity document and mentioning the reservation confirmation code, it will be enough for the start of the tour. provision of tourist services.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to indicate their arrival and departure data with due anticipation.

All ticket reservations are personal and non-transferable, non-endorsable, and non-refundable.
If you purchase a program with transportation, the passenger must appear at the indicated Check-in time at the boarding station of the transport company, to collect their boarding card or ticket and proceed with the trip.
All tours are subject to climatic factors, in case there is interference from the weather to carry out the tour, it will be exchanged for a similar one and of the same value as this subject to availability at the time, otherwise, the tour will be taken.
For any cancellation by the client of the contracted services, you must notify the agency within 20 calendar days of the start date of your tour, otherwise, you will be penalized with 100%.
For any cancellation by the client between 30 and 21 days, from the start date of the tour, 50% of the value of the program plus 20% for administrative expenses will be penalized.
Changes are only possible on scheduled tours, for a similar or same cost within 10 days of the start of the tour, QESWA Expedition reserves the right to refund.
The reservation of the programs that include transportation is not refundable in any case.
If the passenger decides to leave the hotel before the reserved departure date, the difference in nights will not be refundable.
If there is any refund by the company, it will be given in 15 business days.
The No-show has a 100% penalty.
Passengers must carry a valid passport, or travel document according to their nationality, according to the legal regulations required by Peru.
Passengers who take our services of Hotels, tours, and/or Packages must carry their passports or valid Identity document to enter Peru in addition to the Andean Migration Card.
Family groups that contain children must carry their passport or DNI, in case they travel alone with one of the parents or a proxy, they must present a notarial permit with the authorization of the parents. If you have made the payment and do not present this documentation, the service will not be provided and 100% will be charged.
In all programs, unless otherwise noted, the maximum age of a child is 11 years and 11 months. Children over 12 years old are considered adults and will be subject to adult rates.
Clients accept that QESWA Expedition has no responsibility for the non-provision of the services offered in case of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that cannot be foreseen. Likewise, it acknowledges that there will be no responsibility, in case of political movements, accidents, strikes or any other public act beyond the control of QESWA Expedition, which could not be foreseen, in these cases, the value of the contracted service will not be reimbursable.< /p>
QESWA Expedition acts as an intermediary between tourist service companies and passengers for the reservation process and the payment of services. In case the service company ceases to operate for internal labor reasons, force majeure, or other reasons, or in case the company providing the service declares itself in economic insolvency, with the formalities required by the corresponding Peruvian legislation, the reimbursement of the service not provided will be carried out, within the aforementioned procedures and within the periods established by the Peruvian authorities, for each specific case.
Clients accept that QESWA Expedition has no responsibility for the non-provision of the transport services offered by land, air, or sea.
The passenger accepts that QESWA Expedition, as an intermediary of tourist services companies, has neither obligation nor responsibility, for the loss, damage, or injury sustained about the services and accommodations provided by the railways, bus operators, companies of local tourism, tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, hotels and lodging facilities. All these services operate under the laws of the country, submitting to the regulations provided by the relevant authorities.
The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any package or tour program.
QESWA Expedition will provide the passenger with all the e-tickets and/or reservation confirmations through the e-mail of the passenger consigned in the reservation form.
The services provided through this system are intangible, therefore, if the passengers, for whatever reason, do not take the services on the scheduled date and time, they will assume responsibility for their total expenses.
In such an event, QESWA Expedition will do its best to provide alternative arrangements of equal value, subject to availability.
The company accepts deposits for cash payments in bank accounts within Peru.
